Kidzcare Pediatrics PC @ Spring Lake

I really like Dr. Shuler. She is very knowledgeable in her field and us very aware of both past and future practices. Usually when I arrive I receive prompt service and am out of the facility in under an hour. The only problem I have with Spring Lake pediatrics is their lack of awareness towards the patients. My daughter is 7 months and there have been two occasions where they left us in the dark. Once, it snowed and they closed the office, no phone call to reschedule and not even a notice on any news channel that they were doing so. A second time, the doctor wasn't even in the office. Seven people were ahead of me and I had a 9 o'clock appointment. No one called to say the doctor would be late and I wasn't aware that they were that far behind until I had been there 30 mins. 2 hours later and still no doctor.
