This is the worst establishment ever! Please anyone affiliated with the Military do not waste your money. They high pressure you into their program and their equipment is crap! Many machines functions on it don't work and the chid care services consist of a room with a TV. Even the monitors to watch your child is not covered throughout the facility. Most importantly, payments that are automatically deducted from your account is not guaranteed and you may have to fight with the establishment why all of sudden your account is delinquent. To add, don't expect to receive any mail stating that your account is past due and staff members at the facility don't furnish you with a receipt of payment and update the system. Again, this facility is a hole in the wall and management has always been bad even though it has changed hands from one manager to the next, If you want a good gym, try Planet Fitness or Heathplex in Fayetteville. This facility is crap!

The new manager that came in around March has been fantastic. I was plaaning on cancelling my membership but he really turned this place around, I recommend coming here its the best gym in the area.

Things have gone really downhill. The previous manager (moved in March) was amazing, seriously irreplaceable, and I was extremely happy with how I felt going there, the employees, and having a "family" at the gym, giving a 5 star rating.
Now however, things have really changed. Some good (new gym equipment) but mostly bad. I would have dealt with the old equipment happily to have things back the way they were. There is definitely a lack of professionalism in how they treat their customers and employees, ..unfortunately for now, I'm going to stick it out, but if I could I would definitely cancel my membership immediately.

These are solely my opinions based on my experiences at this gym. Since the management changed this place went downhill quickly. Besides the almost always broken machines and the air conditioner that only works sometimes, the management on all levels lack maturity and professionalism. Employees and members were treated with disrespect. It was my second home when the previous manager was there. She cared about people and created a very inspiring and motivational gym. She made everyone feel comfortable being there. It will never be the same. I am so happy I cancelled my membership!
