        Overall

        We hired Diamond Global through livingsocial. They said they were too busy at the time and promised to call They never called. A YEAR later we called and they said they were on a job and would call us when they got to their calender. They never called. Another YEAR later we called and got the same song and dance. We emailed, they did not respond.



        Update: we finally scheduled an appointment with them and they called and cancelled it the day of the job! The end of August he promised a refund check: October 8, 2014.....still waiting for the check. This man has more excuses than pharmaceuticals have pills!



        Can't give much of a review on a company that takes the money and then never does the job.
