Jersey Mike's Subs

I think the customer service and food is great at this restaurant I read different reviews and a lot of them seem very bias. I've been going to this jersey Mikes for the last 2 years and everything has always been great from the food to the employees to the manager to the cleanliness everything I think some of these reviews are BS but I'm here to say I love this jersey Mikes.



I was actually in there a bit ago and the manager was quite nice even though an psycho customer was been rude.. so I decide to right a review and y is the place to go



and pointing a finger in an employee's face I think that's a crock of BS. that sounds like a review from: upset employees mother or upset employees get a life

I went to Jersey Mikes last week and while I was there I witnessed the manager pointing his finger, screaming at a blonde headed employee who seemed to be doing nothing but her job. Another male customer got mad and told him he was wrong for screaming at her. It was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE so I left the store without ordering anything and went to Subway instead. It's really too bad because I like the food better than Subway but I would prefer my dinner be drama free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a BLT giant sub, got home it had 6 pieces of bacon on it. I called back to the store and the manager told me he made the sandwich himself, said I was lying. So the next day I took the sandwich into the store after work and waited to be quiet about the situation. He told me I was calling him a liar and to leave the premisis! I have been a very good customer for years there and never a problem. This new manager must have some deep anger issues. I contacted the corporate office and was told they would contact the owner. Which was 1 months ago. But as of yesterday he is still employed there. So watch out!

This is a good Jersey Mike's. The ingredients are always fresh, the line moves fast and the sandwiches taste good. Of course, the prices are a little too high-but that's just normal for Jersey Mike's.
