I understood the basic cleaning was a maintenance type clean but I had dogs and they made my rugs pretty bad I paid more to have my rugs deep cleaned and I am very happy

Great experience. Called the office and had service scheduled only 2 days later. They showed up on time, and did one heck of a job. I got the deep scrub in one of my troubled areas and it feels and looks like new! Best $85 I've spent on my house in a long time. Highly recommend!

By far the worst carpet cleaning I have ever gotten! If you don't take the $270.00 deep cleaning "special" they will so kindly pressure you into on arrival, you may as well just vacuum your carpet and forget it. Not to mention the poor attitude the tech gives you once you decline. I have learned my lesson. Never again. Don't do it....you will waste your money on a 20 minute crappy job. Trust me.

Scam... this company is a Bait N Switch they advertise 9 dollars a room yet when they get there they tell you the 9 dollar price is only for brand new carpets less than 6 months and that it will not clean your carpets. Then they want 150+ for 3 rooms. The point is that they falsely advertise there services. I spoke with the owner who played games on the phone then he said he would love to speak to me in person and can be at my house to talk to me. Threatening me with Bodily Harm Injury, very classy because I pointed out that his company was using scam tactics. Stay away............ Find a reputable company that doesn't trick you and is honest. Never gave me a receipt because the guy who did my rugs over charged me. Scam Alert

Excellent serivce, timely and well priced. I had a sick dog and then a day later a sick child and they came out immediately and saved my carpets. I can't recommend them enough.

"Caveat Emptor" Buyer beware.. Better yet,stay away. Sevrice is terrible. Low priced ads,high priced work. Cleaned 2 rooms,2 area rugs. Over $250. Area rugs FINALLY came back 2 weeks later. Nothing as promised. Area rugs are streaked. Carpeting not really clean. Stay away from this company. Stanley Steamer is back on my list.

This company charged me $219.95 for a deep scrub on my carpets and they looked worse after they were done "cleaning" them. They offered to come back and re-clean and then never showed up, they offered again and did NOT show up again. They refused a refund, continued to string me along and not back up any promises they made. All this company had to do is show up and re-clean and this entire episode would have been resolved. And at least after all the mistakes, they could have just refunded my money and cut their loss.

I thought the job was done properly until I vacuumed my rugs after 48hrs as directed by technician. Upon vacuuming I found the spots that were supposed to be deep cleaned remained as they were before the cleaning. When technician was here he demonstrated the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning. The spot he deep cleaned remained dominant after the carpet dried, the rest did not change and cost an additional $90.00 for the deep cleaning. There was also a large spot in the great-room that was not there before the cleaning. It looks as if some of the dirty water from the machine spilled on the carpet. I called them immediately after vacuuming which was 48hrs later and reported to them they needed to come back because the job was not satisfactory. I have tried numerous times and they made several appointments which for one reason or another on their part could not be kept. The last time they were suppose to be here was Tuesday,May 20th between 11:00am and 1:00pm.This was the 3rd appointment they did not show up for and I have unable to contact them
