Nature Coast Real Estate School

My husband and I both took the pre-license course with John DiPalo as our instructor and we were both VERY pleased. We learned so much and feel extremely prepared to continue studying and pass our state exam. John is a wonderful, caring, patient teacher, and we learned so much from him! Lots of cool ways to remember important information necessary to pass both our class and state test. We highly recommend this school and John to anyone who wants to get into the real estate business.

If Real Estate is what you want to do then I suggest you take this course with Jeannie Gavish, she is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate and real estate law.I left her class with so much confidence, and knowing that if I ever have a question I can always look to her, like she says once a student always a student knowledge is power.

Jeanne is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her class at nature coast Real Estate School!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT ANY OTHER SCHOOL!!!!! I knew nothing about this school, nor had I ever met Jeanne Gavish or knew anyone that knew her prior to enrolling for the Real Estate Licensee Class in November/December 2013 and attending class in February/March2014. I had only read reviews and did a lot of research before making my decision. If your thinking of taking the on-line course or attending another school rather than going to Jeanne Gavish's classroom, just beware, your probably doing it the hard way and wasting a lot of time. You don't get the personal one on one that Jeanne provides. Her 24+ years of experience she brings to the table in Real Estate and as the instructor at Nature Coast Real Estate School, is unparallelled to ANY of the others. She is very well versed and sits on the Pasco-Hernando State College District Board of Trustees among other accomplishments.

Her way of teaching does everything to prepare you for your state exam. I went to the STATE EXAM and passed it the FIRST TIME I took it. I listened to what she said and everything fell into place. I'm very THANKFUL that I made the right choice and attended NATURE COAST REAL ESTATE SCHOOL.

I have friends that have gone to the other real estate schools in HILLSBOROUGH, PINELLAS, CITRUS and PASCO counties OR taken the online course from one of the "OTHERS" and still have not passed their STATE EXAM after several tries. I'm actively working and they are not. I've encouraged them to come take Jeanne's course so they can pass their exam and get to work.

The other guys want to CHARGE you to death too! Once your Jeanne's student....you're her student forever. She is always able to answer a question for her students, of course if you want to take additional courses, you have to pay for those. The prices are much better though.

I am enrolling in the August Post Licensing Class next and then going to start working on my Broker's License after that. The more I can learn from her, the more SUCCESSFUL I will be. Her GOAL is to set her students up for SUCCESS!!!!
