Mike's auto body and repair handled my claim terrifically. Gave me great advice and were quick in answering my questions.

Everything was great they did a wonderful job on fixing my car. And i would recommend them to anyone.

Mike's is a great place. I had two accidents handled by Jerry first and Justin the other. They were polite, knowledgeable. They kept me informed all the way and received constant messages as the care went thru the different stages. After repairs the car looked like knew.Completely detailed and clean. I would recommend them time after time.

My car was in an accident we took it to mikes as recommendation from geico. The repairs were done with no problems the waiting was another story but it wasn't there fault, I had some issues after the car was done but they took care of it, overall the experience was fine and because of been a geico recommendation the work is guaranteed so i got no complains other than i wish i had auto rental because this repair took for ever.

I took my first car over to Mike's last year. I only had minor damage on my front head lights. Someone there told me,it could not be fixed. My car was still drivable. So I had to leave it there.

Mike's Auto Body Repair did a marvelous job repairing my 2010 Malibu. Given that it was just short of totaled, they worked their magic for me. They were courteous, kept me informed by text as the car went through its many stages of repair, and did the kind of job that I would have done myself, if I were able. Stay away from Mike's Auto Body at all costs! While my new convertible was in for repairs, they took it out joyriding, damaged it and then lied about it. When I confronted the owner John, he lied about it as well. He was even smug enough to tell me to "Go ahead and file a complaint with the state. It won't get you anywhere. We get them all the time and I just ignore them!"

Please, please do not take your vehicle to this place. I should have known the first time I had a problem with my car. I originally had a problem with my car and called AAA. The tow truck service just happened to be Mike's Auto Body. The guy suggested that I have it towed to their place. He gets on the phone with someone in the office while he's standing in my driveway. They quoted me an astronomical price for a starter. The car would start up occasionally so I just decided to ride it until it quit on me. A month later it did just that. I called to get a price on the same starter issue and they quoted me a price almost $200 dollars cheaper. I had it towed there and had the work done. About 2 months later I had issues again with my car. I took it to the place again. I was new to the city and I was familiar with where this place was located. When I took it in they claim they had fixed the problem. I paid them 400+ for this problem. About 2 weeks later the car started having same problems. The same problem they said they fixed. This time they said that it should be a different problem than the first...I got it fixed. Another $200+! A week after that...guess what? It was having the same problem from the first time I took it in. Now they want another $200...they say this should do the trick!!! I have taken my car to this place 3 times for the same problem and its still not fixed. Yet they want to charge me for what they think is the problem each time I come in. I asked to speak with the guy that I had been dealing with, of course, he no longer works for the company. Greg (the manager) is DISHONEST and pretty much makes things up as he goes along. He was not involved with the previous issues, yet he knows all of the answers. Oh and don't tell them your profession. I'm in a profession that pays very well. That's probably where the price gouging came from!!!!!!! If you want a place that is honest with you and gets it right the first time...PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!



IF GIVEN THE OPTION, I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANY STARS!!!!!!!!!
