I scheduled an appointment to have all carpets and tile cleaned immediately after a house closing but needless to say, the closing did not go well but Magic Carpet was very accomodating. We changed the appointment four times and they worked with me to ensure the work was completed prior to furniture delivery. I highly recommend this company and appreciate the human factor and understanding as well as the professional job done. My floors are great!!!
