Louami's Food Truck and Catering

Louami's Food Truck catered a engagement party for my daughter at my home. I can not say enough wonderful things about my whole experience with them! From the first contact with Samantha until the party was over, both her and her husband were phenomenal! They kept in constant contact with me, with making the arrangements, costs, schedules etc. If I emailed them or PM a message she got back to me within minutes. I was not the easiest customer they had, I'm sure, because of all the questions and wanting things to be perfect for my daughter and new son-in-law, but Samantha was always patient and extremely helpful. She even went out of her way to purchase a new menu board and rename their menu to reflect our party and the names of the food ex: The Donnie Burger. Samantha supplied special engagement plates and napkins, (all her idea). The food itself..........OMG was it the BEST FOOD I have ever had! During the party, as the hostess I only got a bite of something here and there but the guests were soooooo happy with everything they ordered from The Donnie Burger to the fish taco's, flatbreads and everything in between. Being the hostess you really don't get the time to really sit and enjoy the food during the party, so Samantha and her husband made "after party meals" for me and my husband. This was incredible! After the party was over and everyone left we got to sit down to a meal that was amazing. This is NOT the typical BBQ truck - this is Cuisine. Truly with the professionalism, the food, the customer service and the amazing talents these people have, if they opened a restaurant (which they really need to) I would be a steady customer for sure. I would love to follow them to all of their events just to taste everything on their menu because I don't think you could go wrong with anything! BOOK THEM FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT - YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!!
