THIS AARON JORDON GUY IS A DRUG ADDICT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF TO PAY FOR HIS ADDICTION. HE HAS NO PLUMBING LICENSE OR INSURANCE.HE PRAYS ON THE WEAK AND ELDERLY IN THIS TIME OF RECESSION. HE DESERVES TO BE IN PRISON NO RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF HIM SOON OR MAYBE THE DEVIL WILL REACH HIM FIRST.

Anyone that can help me nail this guy please email me at carleen000@aol.com, he stole from me and is using my address for his business. If the man with the older parents gets this let me know. he is a a scammer. I own the home that your parents went too. I also have the spotsy cops on this.

This guy Aaron Jordan is a scammer! He has taken my parents money, made promises to come down and do several things (i.e., painting, floor replacement, etc.), took half of my parents money and it has been next to impossible to get him back on the phone, says he uses a "pre-paid" phone, minutes ran out, battery died...he's been sick, kids been sick, my back hurts...I strongly suggest that no one use this guy! He refuses to put down his physical address because he says he's been robbed and he's afraid it will happen again, but in turn what he is doing is robbing others! My parents are in their 70's, this guy needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law. If anyone happens to have his physical address, I would be greatly appreciative so I don't have to personally hire a private detective to track this guy down. I am going to make sure liens are filed and grievances are filed with the Virginia BBB as well as a civil suit!! I HAD to give this guy a "star" rating so I could post my complaint...he doesn't even deserve this ONE star!!

Aaron comes across as a nice guy, but then cheated me on a drain repair and has not and will not return my phone call. Times are hard and $800.00 is what he lined his pocket with shoddy tactics and repair. It is unfortunate that someone wants to take advantage in these tough times but I'd have to advise you to call someone else for repairs. The truth always wins out and I hope he does not get a chance to burn any one else.

I have used A&J Plumbing on several occasions with excellent results. He is very responsive and capable.



Be very careful though if you have a soft heart for people less fortunate than yourself and wanting to help them out. Aaron comes with lots of sorry stories about his life, financially, health wise, and whatever else.



After several projects I started to trust him and thought he was a really nice guy a little hard on his luck.



I have a written and signed contract with Aaron Jordan that he completely defaulted on. I also very stupidly paid him in advance upon his request, to replace a hose bib, which never happened.



Don't pay this guy in advance for anything. Do not attempt to use him on any project that goes beyond fixing a leak or immediate problem because he will disappear like the wind.



Caveat Emptor

Mr. Jordan provide exceptional customer service when he installed my hot water heater. Additionally, when we were trying to schedule the appointment he called and I was not feeling well. Immediately after I told him that I was not feeling well, his primary concern was making sure that I got better. I truly appreciated the care and concern that he showed.



My Jordan is very professional; he explains his work to ensure that you understand and he does a great job following up with you.



I will use his service for future work.

The technician was very friendly and trustworthy. We have had bad experiences before with "other" companies. But with A & J Plumbing we were 100% satisfied with their quality services. You can bet one thing for sure... I will call them everytime we need a plumber! Look no further, call A & J today!

I could not believe it, a real person answered the phone and was very willing to come on a Saturday without charging a weekend or emergency rate. He was prompt, polite and honest. Would recommend him to anyone. Although we called him for bathtub problems, he also looked at a leaking sink and gave good recommendations.

Mr. Jordan gave us an honest and exact estimate to install an additional bathroom in our basement.



Once we contracted him and set up a date for installation he arrived on time and ready for work.



He completed the work and we passed the initial county inspection.



When we called him back to complete the installation he again came on the day specified and completed the work.



He was professional, courteous and exact in his work, and was a pleasure to have him in our home.



We would recommend him to anyone interested in adding additional or initial plumbing in their home.



We would certainly call on him again should the need arise.

Came when he said he would. Did repairs at an exceptionally reasonable price. Gave good advice for follow-up. Provided help after business hours. Would recommend to anyone and will use again!!

Our experience with A&J's Plumbing was phenomenal! Not only did they respond quickly in our time of need, they were reasonably priced and finished the work they began as promised. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to neighbors, friends, and family. They exceeded my expectations, as I have had previous disappointing experiences with other plumbing companies dating back 10 yrs. The repairs to our broken pipe were fixed quickly, properly, and with a great degree of pride.



All that to say, we have a plumber for life! His company demonstrated professionalism in their work and mannerisms, and I feel confident the company will thrive in years to come. Finally, in these difficult economical times, we felt A&J were interested in accomplishing exceptional work over the monetary value of the job.

I have worked with many contractors in my 7 years in Fredericksburg and Aaron of A&J's plumbing is the best contractor I have worked with by far. There are four important things to look for in hiring someone. You want someone that knows their trade and is trustworthy, reliable and affordable. Aaron far exceeded my expectations. He not only returns your phone calls but he gets the job done. He installed the plumbing in my basement and in addition he fixed my leaking faucet. I have spoken to many plumbers in the area and I can tell anyone that they need to call Aaron for any of their plumbing needs.

I would like to rate A & J’s Plumbing a GOLD STAR rating. I called them in desperation for my daughter and son in law who just bought their first home. The pipes were not winterized properly by the bank thus leaving them with a water leak found only on obtaining occupancy. Yes there was a home inspection but apparently he missed this which was causing this experience which should have been exciting and wonderful to rapidly become a disaster.



I called A & J’s Plumbing and they not only arrived faster than we expected but they also fixed the problem, checked for other problems and gave my daughter recommendations for future repairs. They did not try to “over sell” as most companies do, they just noted some things that could used some attention in the future but stressed that they need not worry about them now and assured my daughter that her water could now be turned on and she could begin to rest easy.



A & J’s Plumbing was not only prompt but they were very professional and HONEST! What a concept in this day and age and I cannot say enough good things about them. My daughter has their business card in her purse, on the fridge and in her rolodex. I am so thankful that a company like A & J’s Plumbing was there to not only help my daughter and her husband with their new home, but they were able to ease my mind that there is a company for them to call that won’t just try and take advantage of a young couple. The good folks at A & J’s Plumbing probably have no idea the peace of mind it is giving me as I must leave to return to my home in Michigan tomorrow. Just to know that there are still some honest businesses out there that have integrity and are not just looking to make a quick buck.



I would highly recommend A & J’s Plumbing to anyone. I guarantee you will find them a refreshing change to the big corporate guys that want to charge an arm and a leg for services, and even then you can’t seem to trust that they are really looking out for your interests.
