More like a family, they have provided services to me without charge, walked me through issues over the phone and even guided me away from unnecessary purchases. Holliday installed a new furnace and air conditioner at my house. I got many bids, Holliday was not the cheapest, but I chose them because a friend recommended them to me, and they guaranteed me a great system. The guarantee paid off when a defective part in the air conditioner caused it to fail. The technician (nice smile) made a few phone calls and the install crew showed up soon after with a brand new air conditioner and they had it changed and running within an hour. They apologized sincerely for the inconvenience which renewed my faith in contractors with the way they stood behind their guarantee. They have been head and shoulders above the other bidders. One of the other guys called and scolded me for not using his company, then bad mouthed Holliday. Do your homework, but dont miss these guys, they are the best!!!
