Treasured Creatures Pet Care

I have used Treasured Creatures for over 2 years. They have been professional at all times, and have answered my calls day or night. They are kind with the animals, and have gone above and beyond in helping with little chores like bringing up the trash cans from the street , for no charge. They came when called, lae at night, when my dog became sick, to take him to the vet. I could not recommend them more highly. I am not related to, or affiliated with them in any way, besides being a very satisfied customer. PS like other dog walkers, if you have a vicious animal, do not expect them to take you as a customer, only to be bitten.

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. During our initial meeting, we gave them our house key in anticipation of using them. When we called to arrange their services we never got a reply and had to make other arrangements for our pets. We have since been trying to get our house key back. It has been months and each promise to send the key back is a lie. How can they be trusted with a pet if they cannot even return a house key?
