Scam artists. After overcharging my wife for two straight visits (copay was $30 and they charged $125), upon getting insurance involved and numerous calls to this establishment, they have still not refunded us. After being told three weeks ago to keep an eye out on a refund check, we called again this week and were told that "we had to wait until next month, so we can get on the 'list'". So....after this quack job admitting that they overcharged us to the tune of $190, telling us there was a check in the mail, their current story is that "they haven't been paid by insurance" and will be holding the amount they owe us until the insurance pays them - mind you, we have Blue Cross Blue Shield, and the insurance company has confirmed that they have made said payment. This place is a joke and, coming from a family in the medical field, a prime example of what a medical provider SHOULD NOT be. Shame on you and your horribly run company. I will be sharing this with many other websites and am going to make sure this incompetence is known to all.
