During our first cold spell my heater was not working correctly and was making a strange smell. I have a warranty company that could not get to me in what I would consider a timely manner because I live in the small city of Midland. I asked them who they were going to use and was given Master Tech's name and number. I called as a regular customer, not through home warranty, and was given a same-day appt. Master Tech was so great! They were able to get to my heating problem the same day I had issues. They called me 15 min prior to arrival and Richard was able to find the issue and fix it very quickly. He told me it was only a small part and a little labor so he'd only charge me the $75 service call fee, nothing more. I asked him how the system looked overall and he told me I still have several more good years. No sales pitch and no pressure? I didn't think there were honest companies like this anymore. Thumbs up to Master Tech.

Overall

This is the best experience I have ever had with an AC company. Everyone I talked to was extremely polite. The Technician Rocky was very knowledgable, professional and was able to provide me with several options for the repair that were less expensive than the previous company out. They immediately had me taken care of as soon as I made a decision. Rocky was able to answer all my questions and we will not use anyone but Mastertech in the future.

I want to give ZERO rating for this company. NOT CUSTOMER FRIEDNLY AND RIPPING OFF CUSTOMER WITH HIGH CHARGES.


I came to know this company through my home warranty company as they assigned to my case for repairing kitchen faucet work. Technician came after 5 days and inspected my faucet and said he will have to replace it. When he came after few more days to replace he replaced it with a faucet that matched my white color but it did not fit very well with my old sink and from the beginning we started having problem with it.

After 10 days, we simply gave up and asked him to replaced the sink and faucet with newer stains steel sink and faucet. Which he charged me about $600 - a very high fees. A sink which he got it from HomeDepot for less than $200.

After not even 6 months, again I'm having a problem with my faucet. Water is flowing extremely slow through the faucet and I called them again today and not to my surprise, they are asking for money again.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Me and my wife have resonantly had a lot of bad luck from health issues to our toilets and shower not working my warranty company had me call Master Tech Service Corp for help. I talked to Bethany at there office and she said they were booked for a week, When i told her why it was such an emergency she put a rush on our service. She seemed genuinely concerned and very willing to do what it took to get us an appointment booked. The fallowing day they had a technician sent to my house. Justin was a very kind young man fixed all my toilets and helped me make sure i had an additional appointment the next day for my shower. i am so incredibly great-full and really impressed by the customer service from this company. They really car about there customers.

I really like this company. Very profecinal and on time to the appointment. Rachel at the office was very nice and seemed very on point with her knowlage of what was going on with my heater. the tech worked fast and even explained everything so that i could understand it.... thank you master tech

May i just say i had an amazing experience with this company. The process to schedule my appointment was quick and easy and very helpful. The receptionist was extremely nice and even called me when the technician was on there way to my home. The tech that came to my house also did an amaizing job although he could not fix the issue on the first visit he was very honest and explained what the issue was and gave me a few options on what we could do to fix it. Justin also called the office in front of me to let them know that we needed to schedule a second visit to finish the job. I will definitely be using this company again for future issues.

I had an issue with my ac not cooling and I called my home warranty company and they sent my work order request over the Master Tech. They called me quick for just putting in the request. They came out the next day because I was unavailable the day I put in the request. Alvin was awesome he made sure to explain the problem as well as showing me the issue on the unit and what it would take to get cold air. Thankfully it was just capacitor and the unit needed to be cleaned (which I was unaware of). He also let me know about this plan on maintaining the unit for a year so I signed up for it. Master Tech is AWESOME!!! I have already recommend them to co-workers, family, friends and strangers in passing. They are truly a pleasure to work with compared to others I have had in the past.

Mastertech did a great job on getting me on the schedule and getting Alvin out to my home to fix my a/c unit. He was very helpful with the questions I had to ask. I would refer Mastertech to my family and friends.

Hi! I had some work done out at my house in February on my water heater, I called to have some maintenence done and needed my heater replaced. The tech named Jeff came out and answered all my questions in regards to getting it replaced and was very courteous to my husband and I.

I will be referring Master Tech to anyone who needs help with their a/c unit. The ladies in the office were very understanding of how hot it was in my home and got me on the schedule as quickly as they could. Manny the technician that came out was very informative and got my a/c up and running quickly! If I ever need help with my a/c again I will be calling Master Tech back.

They did the work, but the office person is AWFUL!!!! She puts you on hold for no reason and it is not pleasant feeling as she does EVERY time and we know that she is not that busy. She didn't work with me in scheduling well at all.

They did the work but what lead up to the work was not a good experience, that is the lady that answers the phone.

They were great. Had family in for the holidays and my heater went out the day before everyone was coming in. Edward came the same day I called in ad fixed it within an hour. He also gave me some god advise on how to prevent it in the future and how to save some money on future utility bills. Great company. Will use them again if needed.

Master Tech came to my home yesterday afternoon after a pipe connected to my air conditioning broke. They were sent out through my home warranty company and were very fast, responding almost immediately after I placed my work order. The lady on the phone was great and Harold was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. He took me right to the problem and showed my what happened and how he was going to fix it. I love when contractors take the time to explain what happened and why. He also wore bootys on his shoes when he entered my home. I will use this company again, even after my warranty expires.

The tech's are awesome. The office staff.. Not so much.

We've used this company a few times now, seeing as they are who are told we have to use for our home warranty. Dusty, is the tech we've dealt with two out if the three times and has been professional and thorough each trip out.

The staff on the other hand, not even close. Elveina (I'm not sure how to even spell that name) but I was told that was the name of the woman that answered the phone. She scheduled my appointment for the hours of 2-5pm. Dusty said he'd be here closer to 3, so we left to run some errands down the road, only to be summoned back by Big El, whatever her name is at 12:48. She stated that the tech would be at our house at 1:45, therefore, we turned back around and waited.....and waited... Til 3:00, when I finally called and thankfully got another woman in the office whom advised me that Elveina or whatever the heck that thing's name is moved our appointment to 3-6 after having just notified me that he was en route! This complaint is not the last she will hear of this mistake. I have two small children with asthma and home sick from school with bronchitis on top of that. Health hazard, ma'am. Law suit waiting to happen.

Master Tech was awesome! We had family in town and our air for all the bedrooms went out early Saturday morning. The company sent out Edward and he was so polite, knowledgeable, and explained all our issues in detail. I thought for sure that this good of service would of cost me an arm and a leg, but the prices were very reasonable. Great job guys!

My husband and I had a great e...

My husband and I had a great experience with this company. We lost heat 2 days before Chrismas and had company coming in from out of town. We called and spoke to 2 different sweet girls who were trying to arrange things for us to be seen before the holidays. They were able to get us on the schedule the next day and fix the issue in about an hour. We were very pleased with them and will use them in the future if needed.

BEST SERVICE!!! I called them the same day my A/C went out and they came out the same day to fix the problem. I was so happpy it was fixed that day! This company is very upfront and will tell you exactly what the problem is AND get it fixed. I highly reccommend them!

DO NOT MAKE HIM MAD because he will NOT service you. The owner was rude and I brought to his attention and in time of conflict, instead of resolving it, his resolution was to SEND MY SERVICE REQUEST BACK to my home warranty company. He did not want or accept my apology! I now have to go through the process all over again (waited for MASTER TECH for 6 days) and wait for someone else to service my air conditioner. Not professional at all!!

What is not mentioned in the above review is that the homeowner asked for an appointment 6 days out; we could have seen them the same day. Secondly, they fail to mention that we were the 3rd company to try and service them, 2 other A/C contractors refused to service these customers because they were unreasonable and rude.

master tech is the best AC company, the tech was on time, nice, and dressed well.

i would recomend them to anyone of my friends or family. great company to work with.
