Dry Clean Supercenter

We have been going to Dry Clean Super Center for years now, since they opened, and have had no problems. The staff are great, even giving suckers to my two children every time we go. They do good work and have a fast drive-thru system. However, two weeks ago they lost one of the four shirts I gave them. I asked if they could give it a week to see if someone else returned it, which the day staff agreed to.

When I spoke to the owner, Linda, though, there was quite a different story. She was terribly rude and said that they hadn't lost a shirt in years and that the worker must have miscounted. I told her that I handed the girl four shirts and she logged in four shirts -- I doubt two of us could miscount up to four. She still held her ground that there must have been only three shirts and she was not moving off of that position. She refused to acknowledge even the possibility that they might have made an honest mistake. I decided to give it a week and in that time someone returned our shirt. I have not heard back from the owner that she was wrong, and I will never return there, which is a shame. The staff are wonderful and know me by name, shirts are clean, price is right -- but I know that if there is ever a problem with our shirts again, I'll be out of luck with no recourse.

Apparently, the owner is never wrong -- no hint of the customer is always right. And, in this case, I was. Jackie B. Southlake, TX

I bought a navy blazer overseas and brought it to this store for the very first dry clean. The blazer had a nice, subtle sheen and a deep, intense blue. When I picked up the blazer not only the sheen was gone but also the color had faded as if it had been cleaned in a washing machine. The blazer wasn't even well pressed and had wrinkles in several places. I was asked to contact the owner (J), which I did several times and even left my cell-phone. Never got the courtesy of a call back.

It is a nice store, personnel is friendly, but unfortunately one star for quality of service and customer care.

Very friendly service and always ready when promised. Easy access to drive through service. I have used this business since they opened.
