The caseworker put down that I had been hospitalized 10 times and that I had a second personality named Sally, neither of which arw true so when I got in to see my Dr. he was ready to discuss those instead of my real problems. She, the caseworker, also said I took advantage of the hospitalizations even though all four of my hospitalizations were after suicide attempt and were involuntarily admitted. She made me feel like I was bad or wrong. I have social anxiety and she told me I would not receive medication for anxiety and I would just have to deal with it. My Dr. is great and Jasmine, my therapist is nice, but other than that I have had little satisfactory experiences.

Tmhs is quite obviously e revolving open door policy asylum, #supplyinthastreets... Very little in the way of real treatment services are offered. The group therapy sessions there with the good intentions of their facilitators do little to mask that it is really just another place set up to keep the sick sick and make money off of their illnes for life. Never do the "group leaders" address things like diet or lifestyle and give them any tangible ideas for actually making a change in their lives. 70Pct. Of the consumers time there will be ultimately spent filling out paperwork and waiting while the real whores of the medical industry decide which new drugs they will test on their newly acquired group of guinea pigs. Depending on the pharma companies gifts at the given time. Not only are there patients essentially life long test subjects. But the numbers are only increasing with the rampant opiate addiction that of course has its place there too. Wherever there is a pharmacy, best believe that opiates are a huge part of what keeps it going. I worked at tmhs for quite sometime and and have witnessed firsthand the sham they are running there and will only get much worse. They strike deals with comm.mental health to bring them patients from area hospitals to set up in a groyp home in their area and become thier patients to accrue a very lucrative, and many times forced treatment of new and more drugs to new ppl unaqare that they are being subjected. And the pharm. Companies get free experimaental data for the price of a check written to the dr who makes a cameo appearance for an hr a day. Money hand over pen... And if the consumer ever flips out or had adverse reactions the blame shall never fall on anyone but the poor person with the affliction with no family support whose rights they will always take wahtever liberty they can with. The mental health system in general need mych reform but first we have to start the conversation. If you have a loved one who is in need of therapy and other servicea never go to any place who shakes hands with any state institutions. They are only concerned with how to make you a lifelong customer. They care not for consumer health. Jus sayin.....

I really like and appreciate the support staff Brendan and Matt , they are excellent , but as for the Psychiatrist Dr. Wann and Robie who is not a Psychiatrist but assist them , they are very disrespectful , rude , very discriminative . My first visit with both were a nightmare , I have never been treated so horribly . They are very judgmental and opinionated and automatically assume you are there to ask for drugs , and treat you like a crack head . As for the two they lack customer service skills , and are very unfriendly , non understanding for thier profession what so ever . I walked in Dr. Wanns door and he judged me based upon my appearance " I just got out of the hospital and my kidneys almost failed so , therefore I was somewhat pale , sick and dehydrated ", so Dr. Wann automatically assumed that I was a crack head the minute I stepped into his office , no hello , nothing . I'm serious , I just stepped one foot into his office before he PULLED MY NEW PATIENT FILE AND LOOKED AT IT , he judge me based upon my appearance . I'm still very honestly shocked as to how disrespectful , unfriendly , judgmental , , opiniated and discriminative they both were , I have never been so disrespected by anyone . 5 stars to Brendan and Matt as for the other two , they are totally out of the league and more less meet the requirements of two complete jackasses .
