Mike from Metro Sales showed up to tow our vehicle within 15 minutes of our call to AAA. Not only was he prompt, he was super nice, friendly, reliable and professional. Mike made an unpleasant situation extremely pleasant ! Highly recommend Metro Sales and they have full automotive service from brakes to transmission.

Broke down called state farm they called Metro gave me a wait time of a hour was there in 30 very friendly driver felt comfortable and safe thank you eli (hope i spelled it right ) great service

my insurance company chose the tow service Metro Sales & Service Inc of south-gate when my car broke down in the middle of city(not a highway).

i got an auto text msg indicating that tow vehicle will reach by the address i provided by 8:30 pm)

i got a call at 8:01 pm from tow service truck driver which i missed.

i called back at 8:02 pm and requested a tow truck driver to wait just for 5 minutes in the address i provided.

(It was the address of gas station where there's plenty of parking place.)

As i had gone near by to drop my girl to safe place as it was freezing cold night.

The tow truck driver replied in an aggressive was, why should he wait even for 5 minutes?

I requested again and his response was same and he mentioned something like he couldn't tow the car bla bla..

then i had no other option except saying yes..and i did..

(some poor guy is in a problem. his car broke down in freezing cold winter night..he is requesting for help for which the tow driver

and the tow service company would be paid..he just denied to wait for 5 minutes to help someone in

a crucial need for which he is paid..) guess what..the truck driver even wasn't at the address i provided..actually he saw me..running towards the car

where it was broken down and i waved my hand too..but the tow truck driver speed up his car and went away....

I called the Metro Sales & Service Inc of south-gate again and the service provider guy was talking about the money and other stuff when i was explaining

my situation.

so from my personal experience the rating to this tow company is zero.

Had them come out and do a tow for me through AAA, they showed up way before the time the AAA agent had told me, the driver Todd, was very nice and helpful, very courteous and friendly, I would definitely recommend this company and wouldnt mind them coming out to assist me again.

Called my Verizon roadside assistance to tow my car with a flat tire. They contacted Metro Sales and Service who showed up before the quoted time, and went above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service, caring and professional driver. Thank you so much!

This is a no good company they towed my brothers car driver did not use all 5 tie Downs required by state law and DOT and the driver wanted to flee and the tow trucks regustation was not fully completed and it's just a bad idea to use this company!!!!!!
