Ken is professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous.
He replaced our sump pump that went out during a heavy rain storm. He was to our home within a hour and new pump plus backup pump was installed quickly. We avoided a sump pump over flow due to his speed and knowledge.

Shane knew how anxious I was about the cost and told me not to worry. Told me his solution to keep the cost down and it worked! my basement had a blockage in the main line, so I was unable to do laundry or take a shower. I called KM Vaills around 5:30 pm and he put his dinner down and came right away. He's very personable and down to earth. He snaked out my pipe and had it fixed in no time. I felt his price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him.
