Tim Horton's

I went through the drive through at the Tim Hortons right near my office to order a mocha iced capp supreme. I specifically asked if it comes with chocolate whipped cream, I was advised yes. When it came out, it had regular whipped cream so I kindly advised the worker of the mistake. She took my drink back and proceeded to mock me and make fun of me with the other employees for requesting my drink to have the correct whipped cream on it. She was consistently repeating my request in an exaggerated and mean spirited voice. I could hear the "manager" and other employees continuing to mock me as I was waiting for my drink. I asked for a manager and the same woman who made the mistake with my drink and mocked me came back up to the window and said "sorry". This behavior is unacceptable and not professional whatsoever. I work 3 minutes away and frequently eat lunch at tim hortons. I will never be returning back and advise all of my co-workers of my experience. I ended up throwing my drink away for fear that they contaminated my drink. Based on the behavior I experienced, I would not be surprised.

I love Tim Horton's!!

I started driving out of my way to this one because the one on telegraph had such poor customer service. From my first visit, they were nice, greeted me with a smile and very helpful. They have been consistantly the same ever since my first visit. That is why I am likely to go out of my way to frequent this particular location.
