this attorney is not professional and doesn't not provide the level of information as he describes in the before hire interview. I have paid him in full for a service that I am still waiting on.

This is one seriously unethical attorney. He created a lie to the police in claiming that I needed a "PICK-UP" order in addition to my parenting time order, before I could pick up my son. His client was denying parenting time and it was later proven in court.



Wayne requested a modification to an agreement that was being ordered by the court. Once in court, he identified the portion that did not comport. My attorney informed the court that the modification had come at Wayne request. Wayne denied. My attorney produced emails PROVING that Wayne initiated and requested the modification.



After an FOC mediator issued a recommendation for custody to me, Wayne went on a verbal assault claiming that she was biased against mothers and that he'd request all of her case files for review to prove his case. Wayne knew nothing of the mediator and simply made blind accusations rather than informed opinions.



Wayne's tactic in court is to confuse them with B.S. He rarely stays on topic and will regularly spew incoherent babble to side-track the court, waste time and agitate the judge. I quote JS "Mr Kristall, take a giant step back and start all over, because nothing that you just said made any sense."
