Paniccia Contracting

Don't ever use this company! The guy Julio Paniccia is a lying scam artist / idiot. Your job will never get done. I know half a dozen homes that he was barely able to get passed demolition before they realized they had gotten robbed blind. Then they had to hire a real company. He is not licensed or insured and pulls permits by illegally paying a contractor to do that for him. And for those giving this company 5 stars I am certain they are family and friends... funny how he was only able to get couple of those... You have been warned and I wish I would have had this warning before I gave him my hard earned money. PS... RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If this company wasn't established until 2010, how is it that there is a rating on the company in 2009? Something seems MIGHTY FISHEY. Also how are they doing construction work before they CLAIM TO BE A BUSINESS? NOT TO BE TRUSTED. If you're considering this company for hire, ask for a copy of their license with their name on it. I bet you'll NEVER see it. He will give you some excuse. As it has been said BUYER BEWARE.



There should be more options for rating. There should be negative numbers/stars to select and maybe then I could give an honest rating.

Don't trust these guys. The work is done probably by illegal aliens and not by professionals. Most of the workers are still in school learning the trade. Would you trust someone still in school to work on your prize possession, your home? G. will have someone get the permit, but you have no idea who it is. If something goes wrong you wouldn't know who to contact for a correction and forget getting help from G. Stick to a professional and this company IS NOT. I have had nothing but trouble from the work and I never get a call back. Now I have to get someone else to correct the slobby work the STUDENTS have done.

I would rate this company a ZERO or better yet a negitive number if there was one to select.

We got our kithchen and bath done a few months ago, i must say the work was amazing. We were very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommand Paniccia contracting for any home improvments. Thanks again!

I have to say that Paniccia Contracting is a phenomenal company and did a great job with my home. Not only did i get what was promised but more. I recommend Paniccia Contracting for any home improvement; whether its a small project or a second story addition like mine..they are the right company.
