David's Heating & Cooling Inc

I have used and recommended this company dozens of times. They are quite knowledgeable and have always provided great service. Their technicians are really good, and when needed David will also get involved with complicated projects (which I've run into). I have been doing business with them for over 25 years-1986 to be exact.



Highly recommended.

After waiting almost 2 weeks for a return call. I decided to trying again to spend my money with the company. I called and the lady who takes appts had no recollection of spraying to me before and started she was the only person who takes the calls. I told her I had called the week before so she checked her records and had nothing for me. After making an appt I checked my records to find out the exact day I had spoken to her. It happened to be 2 weeks ago. When I called her back to give her the time/date I originally called so became extremely unprofessional saying she was busy and didn't have time for this, she even hung up on me! If she was so busy why did she bother to try and find a call record for me before. If David's Heating and Cooling does not have time for customers then I won't spend my money with them. They may also want to consider a secretary with more tact and professionalism.
