Bliss Nails

I called up to this establishment to have my nails cut down. It was stated that it would cost $10 for straight only. A young lady cut down my nails with her drill afterwards she files them straight across and gets and attitude because I asked her to shape the corners because they were sharp. She hands me the file and tells me to file them myself. I said no I’m asking you to shape them for me because they are sharp from your drill. She then jumps up turns off the light and says your service is free. I stated I came in for a service to pay and you’re not fulfilling the service. My nails are not filed and are sharp at the edges. I asked for someone else to shape my nails and she says no one will do that for you. So I stayed seated in the station I was at. This lady then calls the police and states that I was bullying and threatening her to do my nails when I never came off as irate or violent. I just sat at the station asking for the service we agreed upon. I come here often for services and never experienced this from a worker here. I do not recommend this place they are rude and have nasty attitudes. The manager never came after I asked to speak to one. When did it become okay to mess up a customer nails and then say your services are free. I am beyond angry to have experienced.

I've been coming to Bliss for months, I usually love the way they do my nails. Unfortunately the last time I was in to get my nails done (fill-in with shellac $35.00) I'm not sure if the paint job was rushed or if the polish was old but the paint job wasn't it's best.. It was okay enough to leave the shop though and maybe that's where my mistake was at. 2 days after paying $40.00 (yes, I still included a $5.00 tip) my shellac started peeling. As a returning customer for a service that was done incorrectly that is not how you handle good customer service, take into consideration the time they're wasting returning, consider what you need to do to make them a promoter.. not turn them further in the wrong direction. Nonetheless I will tell anyone who ask about my experience with Bliss, I will no longer be a customer of the establishment.

my nails never lift or chip because I live far away sometimes I have to go 3 weeks and they look great the whole time
