Dirty place and I will never go back. There are usually not enough people to handle walk ins even though they encourage them, This place needs training and new owners.

I will never go back to this place again. Their customer service skills are absolutely atrocious. The last 10 times I went in there I played musical chairs because other people had appointments. If you have someone coming in why would you even sit down with me? If you have a sign on your door that says walk-ins welcome then you should honor your will sig musical chairs because other people had appointments. I was so fed up this time that I and stead of a gel manicure I asked her to paint my nails clear just so I could leave. So much for customer loyalty. NEVER AGAIN. Me and my friends will now be going elsewhere.

My first visit yesterday to this salon for an acrylic refill was not positve. Withing hours my cuticles were inflamed, itchy and a bit painful. The actual process was also the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced at any nail salon.(I have had acrylics for more than 10 years.I'm not wimpy or sensitive) Sorry to say I won't be returning. Caution.

Had nails done for prom - fell off after three days. People at the salon very unhelpful - said they will fix one nail only! Well, we paid for all to be done.... I will never ever go back there - disrespectful - shouting in your face that this is the way it should be... BAD CHOICE! Spend you money somewhere else!
