Dorchester Apartments

Apparently were not important enough for pat or someone from the office to send out flyers to warn us about



hurricane sandy and what to expect or do with our stuff on the porch or patios! she does send out flyers



about our pets being on the lawn but something life threaten as a hurricane is not that important were big



kids figure it out yourself! Of course its common sense but you would like to know if the windows needed to



be covered since there single pane glass! At least our building is a big U shape so i knew it was not going



to blow away but we did get water in the courtyard enough to go fishing and the storm knocked out our



electric, heat and hot water from Monday 10/29/12 9:30 to Thursday 11/1/12 1:13 PM and no one from the



office came to check on anybody me in another elderly gentlemen checked on a few tenants best we could! I



thought common courtesy was in effect we been in the dark with no heat or hot water and no information



except us trying to contact peco, all I'm saying is someone could at least checked on us and say they were



working with peco to try in get services restored are you ok but no! All the buildings emergency lights



stayed on for 1 hour before they died!you could not see your hand in front of your face every night, this



could have been a victory in the public relations department for pat had she done something! But since her



job is guaranteed for life she doesn't care about her tenants! Even Obama who I don't like in office went



out and got help for new jersey! of course he is trying to get reelected but that's the point if your job is



never on the line why would you care about your duty's! There is no number to call whoever owns this complex



every number we find on line goes back to pat answering it not what kind of shenanigans is that?
