        When my laptop was acting up BTS diagnosed it free of charge. Their knowledge and customer service was second to none. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends

        Contacted BTS after refurbished computer I brought off ebay had no picture. They offer free diagnosis so I left computer thinking it would be there for 2 to 3 days. 2.5 hrs later they figured out the problem and computer is working fine..I ask how much? Nothing! Under free diagnosis..WOW! These guys have it figured out! Highly recommend!

        Some places I called were $50 or more just for the diagnosis... Can't beleive they diagnose for free! And they fix my problem within an hour. Definitely recommend.
