        Overall

        I'm very disappointed that I received such terrible attitude and service from Colleen Bab regarding my home owner policy. Colleen was quite clear that it is not her responsibility to contact me directly and that I have to work directly with Narragansett Bay for my insurance policy for my home in the Hamptons, even though Naragansett only communicate via snail mail. Collen was not at all helpful and rather condescending. Instead, I highly recommend Dan Baldev at Konteego Insurance Group who is actually willing and capable of emailing and speaking to me directly about my Chubb policy and any changes that effect my coverage.
