        Tom F. came out. Did a great job at our house repairing pipe leak in our ceiling. Clean job, very efficient. Highly recommend Rupcoe, we use them any time we have issues bc of their service & expertise.

        Overall

        It started as a relaxing Friday night. While attempting to turn off the water valve to our toilet, the handle broke.

        The immediate result was water gushing out on the floor, up the walls and unto the ceiling. I dove down a flight of stairs to shut off the water main. I then called RupCoe and Todd showed up in about 30 minutes to replace the valve. That gave me just enough time to calm my wife and daughter's nerves (who were not yet home) about being able to take a shower that evening. Thanks RupCoe!!!!!!!
