State Farm Insurance

Many years back, I only had one car insurance policy with Marcia but she always sent me birthday card and calendar. After I moved to another area not too far away ( ~ 10 miles )and even got multiple policies with a new local State Farms agency, but this agency never sent me these courtesy / marketing stuffs. To my disbelief, I called some employees at the office to ask why, and they said the calendar ( 9"x9" ) is too big to mail and they are too busy with many other clients! What happened to all the commissions this agency had been receiving from clients? Absolutely a marketing mishap, I am thinking to go back to Marcia for insurance services.

Marcia never forgets to send us birthday cards, etc.. This is what expect from your local state farms insurance agent. A personal service. A connection. They insure my properties and also my umbrella policy for 18 yrs and counting
