Dr. Brandon Au is very good at explaining every aspect of your dental care program, things you would never think of, material used, and time frames. The staff is excellent and friendly, and easy to work with your schedules. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Brandon Au is truly the best. I had a bad toothache a week ago. I have insurance but I was not assigned here yet. Dr. Au and his staff took me in anyway and helped me get transferred into their office same day. They were more concerned about relieving my pain than telling me to go to the office that I was assigned to. For that, thank you. Dr. Au was very professional and took the time to listen and made suggestions. He assessed the problem and took the corrective action to not only preserve the interest of my long term health but assured me it was the best option for higher probability for success. I was very impressed with Dr. Au and his staff.

This is the best dental office that I have ever been to. The staff is so kind and caring and they truly care how your visit goes. I will never change dentists again. I love this place! And I've been to plenty of dental offices in my lifetime.

Dr. Au is awesome. He and his staff make going to the dentist a painless experience. He is honest and good at what he does. Overall just excellent period. I couldn't recommend him more. Having all my family and friends come to see him for any dental problem or just regular checkup.

Beware of this practice. I had a new patient exam done in November of 2015 by Brandon. They took x-rays and gum measurements. He tried to push this $300 disinfecting gum treatment on me that was not covered by insurance, along with multiple fillings. My teeth have always been in great condition and I did not believe the diagnosis at all. I asked for a basic cleaning instead but they would not give it to me because in their "opinion" my gums required more attention.

I chose to leave and get a second opinion (great decision). 2 months later I went to another practice in South Pasadena. They informed me that my teeth are in excellent condition and there is no reason for gum disease treatment or fillings... They gave me a basic cleaning and apologized on behalf of Brandon's practice. It turns out pushing treatment on unsuspecting patients is fairly common in dentistry. Please do your research and get 2nd opinions people...

Fabulous dentist, amazing staff, clean and modern office.Dr. Au will not upsell you and only recommend what you need.After another dentist tell me that I needed deep cleaning because my gum reading was 4-6mm, I went to New Vision Dental for second opinion. It turned out that I have normal reading of 3mm. No deep cleaning needed. You can trust Dr. Au and he will not nickel and dime you. I highly recommend this office for everyone .

1st and Foremost, I have known the owners for many years and have many mutual friends. They are very caring, know their dental business and provide quality service. I had inquired about braces for my daughter and provided them our insurance company. They don't take our insurance, but, are willing to work with us to meet our needs. Additionally, I had asked for a donation for a function and they generously donated to our event. Can't say enough about them! But, should you have dental service needs, contact them! I can say that I have been through many dentists thru many years and New Vision Dental is really good. I have just found an office where I can get my regular checkup and cleaning done routinely. Definitely recommend this office to everyone. Bringing my FAMILIES AND FRIENDS TO THIS OFFICE.

I didn't know that going to the dentist could be such a positive experience. The team here is so pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The office is open, inviting and clean. Dr. Au made appropriate recommendations for my treatment. I will definitely go back here again.
