Rockaway V.I.P. Service

This cab service is reliable and efficient, however some of the dispatchers are rude as well as the owner of the business... there are 3 drivers who are very polite and helpful, car #81, #85 and #18... they are the best drivers this company has...ask for them when calling.

An egotistical owner who falsely thinks he is above the law and falsely thinks he can talk to anyone anyway he pleases. He's a chauvinistic pig that looks down on women, talks to his employees any way he wants to and thinks all homosexuals are perverts. He insults customers and frequently curses their Mothers knowing full well that especially Mothers are off limits. Basically he is an evil creature that does not belong in our area or in any civilized area and it is high time that he left for good back to the jungle where he came from.

Cab drivers are wonderful but they work under a really terrible person. The owner treats his employees like garbage but the poor people have to work so they don't have a choice. The employees are insulted and mistreated constantly. I will definitely make a report about this man Hafeez and have this looked into.

Last night I took from Confert in to Brooklyn with this car service , and I can tell you the driver was from Guyana he was the best cab driver a ever had, talk about polite and professional , if there's any consolations far can driver I think he should get it, thank for your service

I'm surprised at these other ratings of Rockaway and the service...I've been using the service for a couple of years and have never had a problem with them...

This is the worst company in the world and they should not even be allowed to do business anywhere in the US. My luggage was stolen by one of the drivers in car 73. After my flight was cancelled by Delta Airline, I was given a voucher to use Rockaway Cab company. Once I arrived at the Hotel. The driver just pulled off-quickly. I called the dispatcher to resolve the issue and he was no help at all, the dispatcher hardly spoke english. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other taxi services out there and this one is just not worth dealing with.

WORST CAR SERVICE EVER.... CALLED FOR A CAR TO PICK ME UP ON SATURDAY FOR SUNDAY MORNING 4:15AM, TO JFK..... CAR NEVER SHOWED UP... I CALLED AT 4:18AM AND THEY STATED THEY ARE SENDING SOMEONE RIGHT AWAY, 4:40AM NO CAR AGAIN.... I CALLED ONCE MORE AND THEY GAVE RUDE REMARKS AND STATED "SOMEONE WILL BE THERE WHEN A DRIVER IS AVAILABLE"... AND HUNG UP TWICE DURING THAT CONVERSATION... IN THE END I HAD TO DRIVE TO JFK, ALMOST MISSING THE FLIGHT(6AM FLIGHT, GOT THERE AT 5:10AM) ... AND PAID $150 FOR PARKING (7 DAYS) THAT SHOULD HAVE COSTED ME $40 ROUND TRIP.
