Pizza Hut

$90 for some VERY CRAPPY pizza it took almost an hour and 15 mins for delivery 3 blocks away

Ordered pizza and breadsticks, the email confirmation gave me a delivery time of 1hr 30min. My order arrived after 1hr 48min. My receipt showed a delivery time of 2 hours. AND my order total increased. It's amazing how dominos and papa johns can get your pizza to you in less than an hour, but this sad excuse for a Pizza Hut location cannot. It's too bad I prefer pizza hut's pizza and this is the location I have to order from.

This resturant deserves a total of FIVE NEGATIVE Stars, The pizza is often served luke warm when served IN the resturant, which means the staff is NOT doing their jobs and neither is the management. I've seen people come in for dine in and carry out , leave after waiting an excessive amount of time without being waited on. The location gives them a captive audience and that makes them arrogant .



ALSO of note, They are under boycott by firearms owners for banning CCW permit holders from entering the resturant. This is akin to making Blacks eat in the back room

I called to place an order and was rudly put on hold for over20 min. Just to be told you wouldent deleiver to my location so i asked for number to your store that would and was hung up on. then i called several other of your stores they told me the store at your address has one that delivered to my address. So i called back and woman who answer the phone told me i was wrong and there was nothing she could do about it in a very rude manner

I called just to get a quote from this location, and the employee hung up the phone on me because I was not 100% on using this location. When I called back to talk to the manager, I got connected to three other employees. One was nice enough to apologize, but when he connected me to someone else 'that would be able to help me', that person never answered any of my questions. Forget about prompt service, they don't even give you service at all!
