Franciscan Villa Child Day Care Center

Horrible place stay away, We had our dad there for about a week back in 2014. Thank God we got him out of there fora spot in a VA center down by Union Grove, WI where he got the care and treatment he deserved. Francisican Villa was was smelly and dirty, and nobody cared. Since my dad had a pension and security all they were concerned is with the money. After day 3 he had a huge gash over his eye. Only comment was he fell out of bed. Oops, sorry is all we got. My dad had dementia and was angry to be there, when we decided to move him they tried every trick in the book. They labled him as "violent" so that nobody else would take him, then said to us-"We would be happy to keep him". Bottom line we moved him to VA they properly treated him with meds and he had a very peaceful and happy last 6 months of his life. Stay away from Francisican Villa as if your life literally depended on it

Absolutely horrible. My mother was there for 4 days at which time I refused to leave her one more day. The smell is horrible; stench of urine permeates the halls. A doctor never saw my mother. PT said they would come back and never did. At discharge I was told 2 prescriptions would be faxed to the pharmacy. On the second day of no prescriptions I phoned and was told the nurse was on vacation and I'd have to wait. Seriously I am waiting for a water pill and antibiotic for an 86 year old woman with a severe UTI and congestive heart failure and they say wait. Terrible I wouldn't want a dying dog to be there!
