I thought I was going to have poor results with the physical therapy because I've been through 5 bouts of PT before...with no results at all. I thought I was going to have to get surgery to fix my herniated disc, but I was wrong! In just a few sessions, my pain went from a 8/10 to a 2/10, which was an absolute miracle!!! I cannot believe the results I got in just a couple sessions...which was great because they didn't accept my insurance and I had to pay out of my pocket. It turned out to be much cheaper than all the copays I paid at the useless physical therapy centers I went to before! Michele discovered the underlying causes of my back pain and got rid of most of my pain with special, advanced skills. Then she got me doing Pilates with an amazing instructor, and I have never felt (or looked) better!
