Charlie was the perfect person for me to buy a car from. I was really impressed with his willingness to find me the car I was after, a 4 door manual transmission with bells and whistles. When we went out to look, it was on the opposite side of the parking lot, freezing cold, and out of battery. Even though I was skeptical, we jumped the 2008 GTI, and I have never had more fun driving a car. The staff including Scott and Scott were also on point and they listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions as well. Scott negotiated me a better deal with the bank and I'm paying 20 bucks less that I had planned per month. I will buy another car from Charlie, when the time comes, and will send him as many referrals as I can find. I am also really impressed with the service department, because they replaced a cracked window, got me 4 new tires, re-centered the steering wheel, and fixed some electronic issues. Thanks for making my second memorable and the exact opposite of the first time.
