I stopped by there as I live In the WJ area and needed to fill my ambien. I have filled at a few pharmacies in the area, and it's never been a problem. As I always do so legally, have insurance that monitors what and how often it's filled, as do all the pharmacies. They are all so tightly regulated - that it's basically impossible to double fill. With that said- I had a legitimate ambien Rx that I knew I would be able to fill and pick up in approx 1 week to be at 90%.I called back and spoke to a few techs and none of them could find my Rx. They basically lost it! It was over the weekend, so I waited until Monday to speak with The Pharmacy manager (Ty). My experience only worsened after I talked to this other wise parasite of a human being. I've never been so horribly insulted and blatenetly disregarded at not only a pharmacy- but at any corporation, EVER! He was very quick to judge, rude, passive aggressive and didn't even apologize for LOOSING MY AMBIEN PRESCRIPTION! So now I have to take ANOTHER day off work, pay ANOTHER copay, and explain to my doctor that Harmons LOST the Rx he wrote for me 2 weeks prior. The techs I talked so somewhat apologized/ but this 'Ty' jerk needs to learn how to do his job. I would advise anyone who fills any schedule III medications to steer clear of Harmons in West Jordan on Redwood and 105th.
