Terrible service, had to wait over 2 hours for oxygen to be delivered after we returned from the hospital and the portable oxygen tank quit working on the trip home. After calling 3 times, the driver called me after 2 hours and yelled at me and was terrible rude saying that was the first message she had gotten. I am not responsible for the inefficiency of your Salt Lake and Cedar City Office. We almost had to call 911. Do not recommend their services.

Worst place I have ever delt with. IHC hospital recommended intermountain homehealtcare to us after having my father in the emergency room on Saturday, they came on Monday to do assesment and told us they would come out 3 times a week. They were also to bring a potty chair and wheelchair. A week later and the only contact we have had with them was when we have called ourselves. My father is declining rapidlay and we can't get anyone to do anything. Very frustrating. I called yesterday and told them it was good they didn't have him down for hospice care because they would probably show up a week after he was dead.
