Blue Willow Estate Sales

This company has their own store in Bellaire that they take items that do not sell - a "buyout" after the sale. From the beginning of the sale items are priced like an expensive antique store. I handed her an unpriced book I wanted to buy and she said $30. She said it was $50 new on Amazon, and I pointed out that it was not a new book! I looked it up and used copies cost less than that. Everything was priced in that crazy way. How are customers supposed to get their money from an estate when the agent prices so high? I would not use them for an estate sale, and I feel bad for anyone that does.

Rhonda Bell has got to be the rudest woman on the planet. Sale didn't start on time, nothing was priced, when you stood in line forever the prices she gave you were outrageous. With all these terrible reviews I don't know why anyone would use this company to put on a sale for them as you are losing tons of money. BEWARE!

I will not give a star. Went toher sale on the first day. Her prices are totally outrageous. Went back second day she said 50 off except whats priced other wise. If i would of know. On day one it was her sale i wouldnt ofgone. Was curious if anything had changed on sat. She had 75 off. Tried toby 4 aprons on the first day she said 8 dollars on Friday they were 4 they had a sign on friday that said 4 today. Sat same sign 4. I asked the lady she was working with are the aprons 75, % off too. She said yea i believe so took 4 aprons and went to check out Ronda said $20. I said arent they 75% she said the sun says 4. I said it said 4 yesterday. She said so you dont want them. I told her no and walked out. Shes very rude and i willnever go to her sales again and never ever reccommend. She shouldnt be in business. Dianes estates sales are much better. If you need soneonekok up Dianes estate sales.

Horrible company - recommend not using this company or going to her estate sales. She is very rude and unpleasant. Her prices are sky high and she hardly ever has anything labeled. Needs to be shut down.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I DONT HAVE TO LABEL HER, HERE ARE THE FACTS! Hard to rate on this scale a -25 stars would be appropriate! Priced everything too high so it would not sell. Left the house the day I came back into town after the sale with her and another ladies vehicles jam packed full. One of my dads neighbor came over the previous day and witnessed the two "ladies" wrapping and packing items in boxes??? I ask what they had in their vehicles and she replied "her tables"??? The deal included a "buy out" after the sale that included sweeping and vacuuming of the house. On the day the "buy out" was supposed to happen her person came to the house and loaded up a truck load of stuff, a lot of things that were my parents she claimed it was her "set up things" and it included a fertilizer spreader and step stoll that was my mothers among other things. I called her later and ask about the clean out of the house, she then informed me the buy out person backed out the evening before and she would call harbor missions to see if they would come by and pick the remains stuff up or call an auction friend of hers to come take a look. But that was it, she had no obligation. It feels like the stuff she took intended to be in the buy out is outright THEFT! In the end she did nothing and I am wondering what my dad will get out of the whole deal. This lady "Rhonda as she called herself at this time" is a con artist among other things and takes advantage of people at their time of loss of family.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! She lies and takes advantage of you!! Very unorganized and does not go over your items and price with you so you have no clue as to what your sale did or didn't do. Lies and tells you something does not work so they threw it away when in fact it worked BEFORE they came in for the sale. It is a shame that a person will take advantage of an elderly person who lost a loved one and had no clue how to handle an estate sale! SHAME this company is nothing but a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of all the estate sales companies, this one rates lowest. She NEVER starts a sale on time, even when people are standing in the heat. Sales seem very disorganized. Majority of items are not priced. Not enough people working the sales. She needs to set up a good traffic flow instead of entering and exiting from the same door (in the back, out the front or vice versa). Prices are very high, they do not seem to know their merchandise, and price it 1/2 or more of current retail. Stores offer half price sales, so it's no bargain. I expect to pay 1/3 or less, unless the item is collectable or antique. In general, I feel she does not appreciate her customers.

These people did an Estate Sale for a family in Pasadena over a month mago and never paid him. What a scam!!! They should be closed down
