First Star Communications

The man came at 630am and was very unproffesional he said he had to leave to go get the equipment and did not come back till 3pm!!! he called several times throughout the day saying he was right around the corner and lied everytime! Terrible felt like i was being hustled

I contacted First Star because I was interested in Satellite service. However, I spoke to one of the representatives and they explained to me about the package which include telephone and internet service as well. I signed up for the entire package. I couldn't be more pleased! They were very professional and I was able to get installed within one day!!!

The gentleman arrived at my scheduled time, they we very patient with explaining how to use the service and well as making sure that I understood the various promotions. The installer even set-up my lcd tv. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
