Big Star Transit

I am extremely disappointed with their service. I would give them zero stars if I could. They rushed my mother during her doctor's appointment and kept calling and asking if she was ready to be picked up. She was not ready to go yet, as the appointment was ongoing with tests and procedures still being done. We told them when they were driving us to the hospital that we did not know what the return time would be and did not know when the appointment would officially end. We thought we could call them whenever the appointment was finished in order to be picked up. They were extremely rude and disrespectful because they totally refused to pick us up from the hospital once the appointment had actually finished. They considered us to be a "no show" because we weren't ready to be picked up earlier in the day from the appointment. Big Star Transit never did take us home and left us stranded at the hospital. I will never do business again with this company. I do not recommend their business and services.
