The WORST customer service!I talked to "Andrew" with Coolster.com and he started yelling because I didn't understand what he was saying. He couldn't find a part for my coolster and said he finally found one but he wouldn't tell me who it was from. I asked how I was going to have to pay for it. Is it an individual? A company? He said, "What you mean individual?" He said over and over do you want the deal or not? He finally said it's on ebay but if all I will use is Paypal than forget it. He kept trying bully me and said he was the manager and why would I want to talk to the manager then he hung up. The absolutely WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I wish I NEVER bought a Chinese piece of GARBAGE Coolster!!! Buyer BEWARE!

i bought a coolster atv from Motobuys.com they screwed me over after my engine took a dump on me after only 5 hours of riding. so i took it upon my self to get my warrenty, so i called Maxtrade the people that import these Atvs from china and talked to them about fixing my engine. they told me to send them the engine and they would fix it. well i sent it in and didnt get it back for 2 weeks!!. when i started the engine it had a bad clunk sound sooooo i sent it back the next day. i called the day they recived it to see what they or if they had done anything to it. i get no stright answer and told it would be able to ship out on the following day. i called the next day to see the progress and again i get no straight answer. i call the next day and he was still working on it so i called back at the end of that day to see if he even found the problem, well he was busy and i talked to someone else and he said if i kept calling they would delay my engine on purpose. all i want is my engine back for my atv that i spent my tax money on that i worked all year for!
