DONT CALL THEM! I may have given this company 1 star, but it should be NEGATIVE stars. The owner is beyond unprofessional and when he came to change out my thermostat, he did half of the job. The best part? He wants to blame the man who was setting up our ADT technician.



When he came, he DID come in a timely manner. I will give him that. But when he got here, he literally hooked up the thermostat and left. No checking to make sure it works. Just a "Well, that's done", we paid him and he was gone. It didn't blow cold air for a week. We had another company come out to put the freon in. After we found out what the problem was (which was that it was set to a gas furnace), we called to get just HALF of our money back because he did HALF of the job. After getting the run around & being led on a wild goose chase, I FINALLY got in touch with him today. Not only did he start to yell at me, he HUNG UP ON ME. A CUSTOMER. This was the worst customer service I have come across in my life!
