I got in to the state exam and never even felt unsure on maybe one or two questions. Spruce is the best.

As an educator, I have taken many online courses, and this is by far the best and clearest

I really like Billy's teaching methods. I was able to understand and remember a lot of difficult concepts with his help.

Billy was very helpful on the first night explaining the expectations and giving an overview of the course. Billy was available through chat during the on-line class, stayed over afterwards to answer any questions, was available by phone or e-mail.  Wonderful open communication!I believe that the instructor was the most beneficial asset to the class.  Loved the books and the reading material, especially the gray book.  However, during the on-line class he went to great lengths to make the class memorable and easy to understand, i.e. chattel, root word "cattle", moooovable...for personal property. I am 100% pleased with the class.  I would not change a thing about the way the instructor presented the material.  I loved that I could join class every evening and the time was great.  The ONLY suggestion that I have would be to help us use/understand the real estate calculator that was included in our orientation packet.  Other than that, I think that the course is superb!

I worked from home online and found that Billy responded quickly to any of my questions. I have been a college instructor and Billy did a great job on explaining material with demonstrations.

I am very impressed. It is simply the best teaching/learning experience I have ever had.

The on-line course in my opinion met everyone of my needs in regards to a great learning experience, getting prepared for exam, and being convenient.

Recommend, yes-very much. Mr. Zwiener seemed very knowledgeable in all areas covered, and he seemed very personable. He seemed to really care about helping all the students. Mr. Zwiener made himself available to answer questions during class, by telephone, and by email, and he was always quick to respond. This was my first "on-line" course. I was very apprehensive. My computer skills are somewhat limited (but improving). I have no complaints with this course. I really enjoyed the convenience of being able to take the class from home. Being able to take th quizzes for practice was a great help too. I would strongly recommend this course to anyone.

I found the program very educational and the instructor did an exceptional job. He made the course very interesting and made points to help remember difficult items. I was very impressed and will highly recommend this course to others.

I think the program well well written with great slides and i thought the way it was conducted, as well as it's speed, was perfectly performed.

The program was very well conducted. I have done computer courses before and I like the feature that I can go back and review all the sample questions and quizzes refreshing each session to prepare for the state exam.

Everything was completely detailed, well organized and easy to follow. Confident I will do well on the state licensing exam.

It was great. The course was even better than I expected! If i had questions all i had to do is call or text Billy! I personally thought this was a great program,and everything I needed was in the program.

I enjoyed the process and thought it was easy to work with considering I have very little computer experience. I would recommend the course.

Not sure of what to do to improve in this online course. Billy was very informative and put me at ease when I was feeling overwhelmed.
