Queens Bridge Storage Park

I should have read the above mentioned review before I rented not one but 2 storage units. the 6/7 months that I was there he was very nice and friendly for the most part, there were a few instances he wasn't, I just chalked it up to a bad day. I should have known. He is refusing to reund the security deposit, stating I didn't provide written notice. this seams to be his mo. He stated he was unaware that moved the items out and then stated we moved out on weekend. He stated it was in the contract that I needed to provide written notice that i was vacating. However, I didn't not need written notice for the first unit i vacated. Yet he never sent a past due notice stating I was behind. Horrible man, he just wants to keep your money.

The owner is a condescending liar with poor customer service skill. I will never do business at that facility again. Anyone who wishes to do business with an honest and upstanding business, this is NOT the place for you. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!
