I can share my experience with Kiki Pool, They made the pool the way I wanted it, quickly and qualitatively. I recommend this company A+

Worse company! First they come 5 hours late for my appointment which I made 3 months in advance
They damaged my pool with several scratches .. the pool is dark brown so the stratches stand out.. when I confronted the installers about the damaged posts and pool walls that they scratched all up if they had touch up paint he pulled out a black sharpie marker and started coloring it in! Which made it look even worse ! They were very sloppy and left my yard. Mess with smashed water bottles and garbage and all the boxes all over my yard didn’t clean up anything! The next day when I called the company the woman said she’d talk to the owner and get back to me .. weeks go by i leave several messages and no one gets back to me .. very unprofessional company and would totally not recommend them! If I could rate 0 that’s what Kiki pools would get

This is the worse installation company in the area.



First: I was scheduled for an appointment at 8:00am however they did not show up until 6:00 PM , yes that is correct. They installed my pool in the evening and were just rushing to get the job done. This is after several phone calls during the day which no one returned our calls.



Second : They gave me a price over the phone for above ground pool installations after reviewing pictures they requested I send to them. They gave me the price, however when they started the job the proceeded to tell me it would be more !!!! I showed them the quote they gave me and they started to pack up there equipment and said they would not finish the job if they did not get paid the price he was telling me. Leaving me with no choice I had to agree with his terms since I could not leave the job half finished. They also left large digs and marks in my driveway from their equipment.,



DO NOT USE THIS INSTALLATION COMPANY !!

When you call and make an appointment they're pretty quick to get back to you. After all they want to make money.



But do they care about customer satisfaction? No they don't.



That's because they didn't install the ladder after they opened the pool. Without the ladder how in the world are we supposed to get IN the pool we paid them to open?



We've went through this with Kiki Pool Installations year after year and eventually they made it right.



But not in 2015. Every call made about getting them back here to install the ladder was ignored.



All I can do is stop payment on the check they asked me to make out to "Cash" and report their tax evasion activities to the State of New Jersey,



Gosh if only they returned any of my phone calls and actually finish the job they were paid to do.....
