Caruso Brick Oven

The chefs work hard and the food is good. It's reasonably priced too. We sat at the area right in front of the kitchen. The chef's are friendly and will tell you all about their cooking experiences and recommend dishes. I'm glad we sat there because it was interesting to see the work behind the food. All in all, a solid place.

I enjoyed every part of my meal at Barbuzzo. When you first walk in, you realize that this place is "cozy". The highlight was definitely the Uovo pizza. The soft egg and the truffle oil felt like crack. It was very, very good!

Caruso's came highly recommended. We had the worst experience. We were seated quickly, then just sat there. We had to ask the waiter 3 times for water, and then we had to ask for bread. In the middle of ordering our dinner the waiter excused himself. Since we were just sitting there we saw him cleaning up another table and waiting on a table. We finally received our calamari appetizer and as he sat the plate on the table he dropped the saucer with marinara all over the table, barely missing me. My main course was disappointing. I believe our bad experience was due to the poor service. Maybe they should consider retiring the waiter, he had no smile, and just didn't care. I think they should promote the busboy who was witty and made us laugh.

Fantastic made from scratch dishes, great bread. Prices are very reasonable, and portions are huge. Wish it was closer, I'd be here all the time.

We dined at Caruso for our twenty anniversary. Everything was wonderful. The restaurant is beautiful, service was excellent, and the food was superb. They helped to make our special day even better.

It's not very close to me, but well worth the trip. Their pizzas are awesome. Brick oven style food is fantastic. They have a great variety, and everything is excellent.

This was my second time at Caruso and it was simply lovely. The food was excellent, our waitress was a doll. My parents and I enjoyed a bottle of Chianti to start off the birthday dinner we were celebrating, and shared the Grilled Scamorzo appetizer . It was absolutely divine. I could have eaten the whole thing as an entree! For our entrees my father had the chicken Cacciatora, my mom had the linguine with Seafood Marinara, and I had the Veal Chop in a red wine sauce. We really enjoyed. Bravo

gourmet pizza and imported italian desserts. their mozzarella on the pizza is unreal.
