I visited Jacuzzi with my husband this year and accidentially spilled some water on the winery floor. One staff member yelled as everyone in the winery turned and looked and another staff member came out with a towel and treated me coldly. I was so embarassed and apologetic, but they didn't seem concerned about my feelings. I wrote an e-mail letter and sent it to the owner explaining what happened. This was the first time I can remember writing a letter on customer satisfaction. I usually don't take the time. The letter was respectful of the winery and the staff and simply described my experience. After 30 days of no response, I called back and left a message asking if they received my letter. Later that day I received a condescending call back from a manager who never apologized and treated me like I was a child. She offered me a bottle of wine if I would come to the winery. This was not at all what I was hoping for. I wanted someone to address the customer service situation. I won't be giving my business to this winery. There are many more that have great wines and great people. Try Viansa Winery on this road....and skip Jacuzzi!
