I keep buying jewelery on and off online. With 3 webites to compare I would say that Totaram.com has been my best experience. The delivery of the items were timely and the condition of the jewelery was good. The sale was handled smoothly. I don't need more.

I had ordered my Jewelery before seeing these reviews but my experience was that of a straightforward transaction. My order was delivered within the delivery date and it was just as they stated on the website. I guess everyone has a good and bad experience once in a while.

Received call from Totaram NJ office saying delivery is not available even though they claim free delivery in India. That too place is not a remote village, its BANGALORE city. Next day got another call saying their courier person is charging $20.00 for delivering at home otherwise we need to go and pick up at their location. After all this conversation they asked for authorization letter + my USA driving license + scanned copy of my credit card. No where they have mentioned about all these details. Please be aware of all these, if you would like to order. When I asked them to provide in written saying my personal information is secured and not sold to any one, they disagreed. After couple of hours they cancelled my order without any consultation or information.

Mr.Rajneesh Gupta - manager of the totaram.com jewelers is one of the rudest merchant I have ever encountered. Absolutely has no respect or patience for customers. I bought a product worth thousands of dollars. The product was defective when it arrived at my location. They would not help me work through the issues and treated me very badly. I am now stuck with a product I have to fix myself. As a customer you hope the merchant would do their best to retain your business and ensure you are happy with your purchase. But not this one. Please do not waste your hard earned money or time dealing with this shop or its manager Rajneesh. You will repent it as I am repenting my decision to use them for my jewelry needs. Guess what- I was planning on purchasing several other items but after this experience- NO WAY!! Goodbye Totaram!
