Easily worst hair cut, just used machine, zero effort to level the hair, mismatch on left and right side. Even a new trainee will do better, sloppy job, usually the case when person don't like job.

This place does not know how to cut hair nor do they know how to listen. I have 3 daughters go in to have their hair washed and trimmed. Not one got what they asked for my oldest asked for her's to be trimmed only. The lady did not cut it correct so her hair is not right around her face. She did not have nor want layers, the lady added layers. My 12 year old asked for her to be washed and cut - - no washing but they put in a leave in conditioner which is not want she wanted. Hair cut was okay. My youngest did not get anything done. The lady announced to the entire store she had lice. Guess what she does not have lice she has really dry scalp which she has had! She not only announced it but continued talking about it to her totally upsetting her. When she started crying the lady kept on to the point my oldest daughter told her to please stop - - she did but brought it back up again. This place does not know how to listen to the customer they do what they want and the ladies are very lazy.
