        Overall

        Don't go there. We made a reservation a week ahead of a trip to Bosque. We checked in a paid for 2 nights. My husband and I are very sensitive to mold, and when we went into our room it looked clean, but VERY old. The halls were musty, as was the room. OLD wall unit A/C. Worst amenities we encountered in 28 nights on the road. We decided to try to tough it out. We drove the car around to the back entrance, which didn't look very safe. In the few minutes it took us to start unloading the car my I could feel the mold in my head, and my husband was already coughing. We concurred we couldn't stay there and went up to the front desk. The clerk gave us our money back for the 2nd night, but not the first. He insisted on showing us a room in a "newer" building. That building and room was worse. After much pleading for them to refund our 1st night, the clerk agreed to talk to his manager, but no refund was ever made. I think if the rate was $15 a night, and you didn't have a mold sensitivity, it might be worth considering, otherwise I would skip this one. We ended up going to the Best Western and had a great stay.
